- Machine body is constructed from St52 quality steel with an excellent quality of welding. Subsequent to the welding process, the complete body is stress relieved. If necessary, the material certificates and stress relief reports can be sent along with equipment.
- All Cylinder Rods are induction hardened and chrome plated.
- The complete scrap chamber is built from HARDOX 450 material for extra resistance and long-term life cycle.
- 2379 material (55 HRC Hardness) blades are located at the borders of the top cover and the borders of chamber.
- All pump and valves of the hydraulic system are by a worldwide reputable brand such as PARKER, BOSCH – REXROTH and VICKERS.
- Complete body is sand blasted for long-term paint preservancy.
- Two undercoat and two layer of paint is applied.
- All electrical equipments are used form TELEMACANIQUE Brand.
- Machine is full automatic by PLC control and can be operated with remote control.
- EMMEGI Brand Hydraulic Oil Cooling Unit is integrated for long-term hot climate conditions.
